We provide worldwide delivery options, which you can select during the checkout process. At this stage, you will also have the opportunity to review your entire order, including the delivery address and location, before finalising your transaction.
Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. The signature can be provided by any individual accepting the parcel, not necessarily the account holder. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please specify a safe place or a neighbour where your parcel can be left.
Taxes and Duties
All orders sent to Europe, USA and Canada, additional country-specific import and customs duties, customs clearance fees and import sales taxes may apply. Please inquire about these fees with your local customs office. If any fees do apply, these will need to be paid by you.
Lost or Undelivered Items
Parcels are considered lost by our standard delivery service once they have been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for UAE orders, and 21 working days for international orders. Please note that we cannot dispatch a replacement, or issue a refund until this period of time has expired.
Wrong Addresses
We are not responsible for the lost of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes outside UAE. If you use a P.O. Box as the delivery address, we’ll cancel the order and refund anything you’ve paid.
